  • Avoid Cosmetics with Lead Content: Lead is said to be the biggest reason for skin cancer. Before using any skin product, make sure it has no lead content in it. Make the small effort of reading what it says in the ingredient list. Also, research the item before you buy it.
  • Attitude Adjustment: You can’t live a lively, healthy life unless you aim at being happy. If you are stressed, irritated and depressed all the time, not only your emotional but your physical health would suffer too. Try taking a positive view of things and keep yourself and your loved ones happy.
